How we work.
Therapy is a structured process. The first steps are agreed together, without rushing.

First contact
You reach out by phone or email. We briefly discuss what brings you in and schedule a first meeting.

Assessment
Across 1–3 sessions you describe the situation in depth. I provide a clinical assessment and explain what to expect.

Setting goals
Together we formulate concrete, measurable goals and an estimated duration.

The work
We meet regularly — usually once a week. Between sessions you complete agreed tasks.

Consolidation
As we approach the end, we focus on maintaining results independently.

Closure & support
By agreement, occasional follow-up sessions remain available.
